The Confectionary and Bakery Equipment Company was created to exclusively represent Memak in North America. This company is started by an industry veteran who spent over three decades in the packaging, bakery and confectionary industry. He headed the engineering department of a consumer products company for several years & most recently worked as Vice President of Engineering for Kings Hawaiian Company.

Over the years he evaluated industrial equipment from different suppliers for his use. He came to know Memak at a trade show in Europe and decided to buy their equipment not previously marketed in the US. He recognized that this company offered unique and unparalleled value in terms of the cost and technology that is not offered by any European or US manufacturer. He also recognized that Memak lacked the exposure to the North American Market.
